CFO Rick is looking for an enthusiastic, consistent Sales Executive with outstanding social and communication skills who enjoys the business world and the domestic and US business environment and can put their knowledge into practice in a multicultural environment. Our sales executive must be bilingual, results-oriented, proactive, disciplined, and tenacious.
Responsibilities
- Perform business diagnostics to identify specific problems in companies, assess customer needs, and offer alternative solutions through our services.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through social networks, professional networks, phone calls, and networking.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on company services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with financial and sales data.
- Ensure availability of hours/employee to provide services that clients want to engage.
- Attend events, companies, or business chambers to perform prospecting work.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback and opinions from current or prospective customers and share with internal teams.
- Conduct market research to identify sales possibilities and assess customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, International Business or similar.
- Demonstrable experience as a sales executive or similar.
- Advanced English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Quickbooks or Contpaq is a plus.
- Experience in the use of CRM.
- Understand and know about social networks.
- Exceptional customer service skills, particularly in handling time-sensitive or high-pressure situations.
- Excellent organizational skills and project management experience, with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment, taking initiative and ensuring project completion.
- Willingness to work off-hour shifts and provide support during tax season.
